12-2523. Same; advisory councils.
The commissioners shall confer with federal, state and municipal
governing bodies within the district and any other body or agency having to
do with district facilities and may, for the purpose of securing advice and
information create an advisory council of representatives of business,
labor and other civic groups within the district whose objectives shall
include consideration of matters included in the compact.
