12-2523.   Same; advisory councils.The commissioners shall confer with federal, state and municipalgoverning bodies within the district and any other body or agency having todo with district facilities and may, for the purpose of securing advice andinformation create an advisory council of representatives of business,labor and other civic groups within the district whose objectives shallinclude consideration of matters included in the compact.
