Article 25.--COMPACTS BETWEEN MISSOURI AND KANSAS

     
12-2525.   Same; filing when signed.
The compact when signed by the signatories of each state as herein
provided shall become binding upon the state of Kansas and shall be filed
in the office of the secretary of the state of Kansas.
