12-2722.   Same; exemption of certain cities from reimbursementlimitations of 12-2719.Any city entering into an agreement with the United States of America orany agency or instrumentality thereof pursuant to K.S.A. 12-2718 through12-2721 and acts amendatory thereof or supplemental thereto which, underthe terms of such agreement, is required to transfer ownership of itsexisting water storage facility or facilities in exchange for storagerights producing at least the same firm yield of water as the facility orfacilities transferred, shall not be subject to the fifteen percent (15%)maximum limitation on the amount it may reimburse the United States ofAmerica or its agency or instrumentality under K.S.A. 12-2719.
