12-2807.   Use of street or public way; ordinance.The authority shall have the right, but not exclusive of the publicright, to use any public road, street or other public way in themetropolitan area for transportation of passengers. The authority shall nothave the right to use any street or other public way in any city, villageor incorporated town for local transportation of passengers within any suchmunicipality, unless and until authorized so to do by an ordinance passedby the corporate authorities of such municipality.
