12-2811.   Federal grants and loans.The authority shall have power to apply for and accept grants and loansfrom the federal government or any agency or instrumentality thereof to beused for any of the purposes of the authority and to enter into anyagreement with the federal government in relation to such grants or loans;provided that such agreement does not conflict with any of the provisionsof any trust agreement securing the payment of bonds or certificates of theauthority.
