12-2813.   Insurance or indemnity contracts.The authority shall have power to procure and enter into contracts forany type of insurance and indemnity against loss or damage to property fromany cause, including loss of use and occupancy, against death or injury ofany person, against employers' liability, against any act of any member,officer or employee of the board or of the authority in the performance ofthe duties of his or her office or employment or any other insurable risk.
