12-2906.   Same; additional approval of certain agreements;insurance-pooling agreements.In the event that an agreement made pursuant to this act shall deal inwhole or in part with the provisions of services or facilities with regardto which an officer or agency of the state government has constitutional orstatutory powers of control, the agreement shall, as a condition precedentto its entry into force, be submitted to the state officer or agency havingsuch power of control and shall be approved or disapproved by the stateofficer or agency as to all matters within suchofficer's or agency's jurisdiction in the same manner and subject to thesame requirements governing the actionof the attorney general pursuant to K.S.A. 12-2904(f), and amendmentsthereto. This requirement ofsubmission and approval shall be in addition to and not in substitution forthe requirement of submission to and approval by the attorney general.

      Any agreement to participate in a group-funded pool or any otherinsurance-pooling arrangement shall be subject to the provisions ofK.S.A. 12-2616 to 12-2629.
