12-2910.   Interlocal agreements; community colleges;validation of agreements.Any interlocal agreement entered into by the board oftrustees of a community college in accordance with the provisions of theinterlocal cooperation act prior to the effective date of this act is herebyauthorized and validated and shall be deemed to have been entered into underthe authority of law.
