Article 3.--CONSOLIDATION OF MUNICIPALITIES

     
12-301.   Consolidation of cities;
definitions.
As used in K.S.A. 12-302, et seq., and amendments thereto:

     
(a)   "City" means any city.

     
(b)   "Council" means the governing body of a city.
