Article 3.--CONSOLIDATION OF MUNICIPALITIES

     
12-304.   Resolution for joint session of councils.
The city council of the largest city shall, on the receipt of such
resolution, if deemed expedient, pass a resolution specifying the time of
holding such joint session of the city councils of the cities proposing to
consolidate.
