Chapter 12.--CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES


Article 3.--CONSOLIDATION OF MUNICIPALITIES

     
12-306.   Joint session; adjournment; vote requirement.
Said joint session may be adjourned from time to time, until the
business for which it is assembled is completed. On all preliminary
questions a majority of those present and voting shall be sufficient, but
on the final passage of the joint ordinance there must be a majority of all
the councilmen-elect of each city voting in the affirmative, to give such
ordinance validity.
