Chapter 12.--CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES

Article 3.--CONSOLIDATION OF MUNICIPALITIES

     
12-307.   Joint ordinance; publication.
The joint ordinance shall be signed by the mayors of all the cities, and
attested by the clerks, and shall be published in the official newspaper of
each city. It shall provide some day in the future when such ordinance
shall go into effect.
