Article 3.--CONSOLIDATION OF MUNICIPALITIES

12-309. Smaller city as ward; redistricting.
In case the consolidated city shall be divided into wards, the territory
of each city party to the consolidation shall form at least one ward of the
same until the consolidated city shall be redistricted into new wards.
