12-319.   Boundaries.Such joint ordinance shall define the boundaries of the other city orcities, and for the purpose of making said boundaries regular, may includetherein any territory already platted, and any territory adjacent to suchother city or cities, that may be divided into tracts or parcels of land ofseven (7) acres or less.
