Chapter 12.--CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES

Article 3.--CONSOLIDATION OF MUNICIPALITIES

     
12-321.   Subsequent consolidation proceedings permitted.
The failure of the joint session of the councils to pass the joint
ordinance herein provided for shall not prevent subsequent proceedings to
consolidate the cities in the manner provided for in this act.
