12-323.   Records of joint session of council.The proceedings of the joint session of the city councils hereinprovided for, in case of the passage of a consolidation ordinance, shall becopied in the journal of proceedings of the city council of the largestcity, and the joint ordinance shall be recorded in the ordinance book ofsaid city.
