12-324. Records and moneys of smaller cities.All records, papers and documents of the city or cities, other than thelargest city, in the hands of the city clerk of such other city or cities,shall be turned over to the clerk of the consolidated city, and become therecords and documents of such consolidated city; and the treasurer of suchother city or cities shall on demand turn over all the money in his or herhands belonging to such other city to the treasurer of the consolidatedcity.
