12-327.   Proceedings on such notice.Said notices shall specify a day not more than ten days from the date ofsuch notices in which the owners shall file a notice with the city clerk oftheir intention to file such plat, and if no notice of intention shall beso filed within the time so specified, the mayor shall proceed to cause aplat of said territory to be made, acknowledged and recorded as aboveprovided.
