12-330.   Approval or disapproval of owner's plat.If any owner or proprietor shall execute a plat under the provisions ofthis act after demand made, he or she shall present the same to the citycouncil for approval; and if the council shall refuse to approve of thesame, the mayor shall proceed to plat the same as if the said owner orproprietors had neglected or refused to execute the same.
