12-331.   Ordinance approving city's plat; action to set aside.The plat executed and filed by the mayor shall be approved by ordinance,and any person aggrieved by said plat shall have thirty days after thepublication of such ordinance in which to bring an action to set the sameaside in whole or in part, and in case such action is not brought withinthe time specified, every person affected thereby shall be forever barredof all right to question the same.
