12-346.   Same; annexation, limitations.(a) The governing body of a consolidated city-county may notannex any land located outside the county.

      (b)   The governing body of a consolidated city-county may not initiateannexation procedures of land located within the county, but may annex landupon petition of the owners of any such land.
