Article 3.--CONSOLIDATION OF MUNICIPALITIES

     
12-350.   Consolidation of Topeka and Shawnee county;
definitions.
As used in
K.S.A. 2009 Supp.
12-351 through 12-357, and amendments thereto:

     
(a)   "Commission" means the consolidation commission of Topeka,
Kansas, and Shawnee county.

     
(b)   "City" means Topeka, Kansas.

     
(c)   "County" means Shawnee county.
