Article 3.--CONSOLIDATION OF MUNICIPALITIES

      12-359.   Same; severability.If any provision of this act is held to be invalid orunconstitutional, it shall be presumed conclusively that the legislature wouldhave enacted the remainder of this act without such invalid or unconstitutionalprovision.
