Article 3.--CONSOLIDATION OF MUNICIPALITIES

     
12-359.   Same; severability.
If any provision of this act is held to be invalid or
unconstitutional, it shall be presumed conclusively that the legislature would
have enacted the remainder of this act without such invalid or unconstitutional
provision.
