12-3016. Expense budgeted over two- or three-year period, when.
The governing body may, if the expense of the compilation or
codification and publication to be done in one (1) year will exceed the
amount that can be budgeted for such purpose in one (1) year, budget over a
period of not to exceed three (3) years to build up the estimated amount,
or in the event the work will extend through not to exceed two (2) budget
years, may provide for payment from two (2) annual budgets.
