12-3404.   Same; employees; advisory board; professional help.A port authority created in accordance with K.S.A. 12-3402 shall employand fix the qualifications, duties, and compensation of such employees andprofessional help as it may require to conduct the business of the port andmay appoint an advisory board which shall serve without compensation. Anyemployee may be suspended or dismissed, and the services of professionalhelp may be terminated at any time by the port authority.
