Article 34.--PORT AUTHORITIES

     
12-3409.   Same; validity of modification, amendment or extension of
plan.
A plan and any modification, amendment or extension thereof, when adopted
by the board of directors after notice and hearing as provided in K.S.A.
12-3407 or 12-3408, and amendments thereto, shall be
final and conclusive and its validity shall be conclusively presumed.
