12-3409.   Same; validity of modification, amendment or extension ofplan.A plan and any modification, amendment or extension thereof, when adoptedby the board of directors after notice and hearing as provided in K.S.A.12-3407 or 12-3408, and amendments thereto, shall befinal and conclusive and its validity shall be conclusively presumed.
