12-3414.   Same; treasurer's bond; deposits and disbursements of funds. Before receiving any moneys, the treasurer and deputytreasurer of a port authority createdin accordance with K.S.A. 12-3402, and amendments thereto, shallfurnish bond in such amount asshall be determined by the port authority, with sureties satisfactory toit, and all funds coming into the hands of suchtreasurer or deputy treasurer shall bedeposited by the treasurer or deputy treasurer to theaccount of the port authority in one ormore such depositories as shall be qualified to receive deposits of countyfunds, which deposits shall be secured in the same manner as county fundsare required to be secured. No disbursements shall be made from such fundsexcept in accordance with rules and regulations adopted by the portauthority.
