12-3423.   Same; agreement with federal government.The board of directors of a port authority may enter into any agreementor contract with the United States of America or any agency orinstrumentality thereof which it may consider advisable or necessary inorder to obtain a grant of funds, a contract for purchase of its bonds, orany other aid or assistance in connection with the construction, addition,furnishing and equipping of any building or facility as herein defined.
