12-3425.   Same; approval of bonds by attorney general; effect.All bonds issued hereunder shall be submitted to the attorney general ofKansas for examination, and when such bonds have been examined andcertified as legal obligations of the issuing authority by the attorneygeneral in accordance with such requirements as he or she may make, thesame shall be incontestable in any court in the state of Kansas unless suitthereon shall be brought in a court having jurisdiction thereof withinninety (90) days from the date of such approval.
