12-3430.   Same; oath and bond of trustees.Any trustee or trustees, as provided herein, first shall take the oathof office required of an elected public officer and shall be under a goodand sufficient fidelity bond, to be approved by the attorney general, in asurety company authorized to transact surety business in the state ofKansas. The cost of said bond shall be paid from funds of the revenuebonds. The oaths of office shall be administered by any person authorizedto administer oaths in the state of Kansas.
