12-3433.   Same; liberal construction; severability.This act being necessary for the welfare of the state and itsinhabitants, and for the growth and development of commerce and industry inthe state of Kansas, it shall be liberally construed to effect the purposesthereof. The provisions of this act are severable, and if any section,sentence, clause or provision hereof shall be held unconstitutional by anycourt of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall not beimpaired or invalidated thereby.
