Article 35.--SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGAINST THE STATE

      12-3501.   Constitutional exemption not impaired.This act recognizes that section 1 of article 11 of the constitution ofKansas provides that all property used exclusively for state purposes shallbe exempted from taxation. Nothing in this act shall be construed to reducesuch constitutional exemption.
