Article 35.--SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGAINST THE STATE

     
12-3501.   Constitutional exemption not impaired.
This act recognizes that section 1 of article 11 of the constitution of
Kansas provides that all property used exclusively for state purposes shall
be exempted from taxation. Nothing in this act shall be construed to reduce
such constitutional exemption.
