12-3505.   Representation by attorney general, department heads andsecretary.Upon receiving any notice under K.S.A. 12-3504, the secretary shall givenotice thereof to all interested department heads, the attorney general,and such other state officers as the secretary may determine. Thesecretary, the attorney general or any department head specified by thesecretary shall be authorized by himself or by herself or by his or herrepresentative to represent the state of Kansas in negotiations relating tosuch special assessment tax, or protest thereof. Such representation may beeither in writing or by personal appearance or otherwise.
