12-3509. Department budgets to include items to pay liability.
When the amount of any special assessment of taxes for which the state
is liable is known by the secretary, he or she shall notify the appropriate
state department head of the amount to be included in the budget of the
department for payment of such assessment, and such department head shall
cause such an item to be included in the proposed budget of his or her
department.
