Chapter 12.--CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES

Article 35.--SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGAINST THE STATE

     
12-3511.   Local government may pay state share, when.
In the event that any board apportions a part of any special assessment
of taxes to the state of Kansas, and payment of the amount so apportioned
or any part thereof is denied, such board may pay the same as a general
obligation of the local unit of government.
