Chapter 12.--CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES
Article 35.--SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGAINST THE STATE

      12-3512.   Severability.If any clause, paragraph, subsection or section of this act shall beheld invalid or unconstitutional it shall be conclusively presumed that thelegislature would have enacted the remainder of this act without suchinvalid or unconstitutional clause, paragraph, subsection or section.
