12-3603. City regulation of installation, service or repair;
enforcement.
Nothing in this act shall prohibit any city from establishing rules and
regulations governing the installation, service or repair of water
conditioning equipment or providing for the inspection of the original
installation or repair of the same to secure the enforcement of any
ordinance specifically applying to the installation, service or repair of
water conditioning equipment.
