12-3603.   City regulation of installation, service or repair;enforcement.Nothing in this act shall prohibit any city from establishing rules andregulations governing the installation, service or repair of waterconditioning equipment or providing for the inspection of the originalinstallation or repair of the same to secure the enforcement of anyordinance specifically applying to the installation, service or repair ofwater conditioning equipment.
