12-3715.   Enforcement of rights of bondholder or trustee.Any holder of bonds issued under the provisions of this act or any couponsappertaining thereto, and the trustee under any trustagreement, except as restrictedby such trust agreement, either at law or in equity, by suit, action,mandamus or other proceeding, may protect and enforce any and all rights underthe laws of the state or granted hereunder or under such trust agreement orthe resolution authorizing the issuance of such bonds, and may enforce andcompel the performance of all duties required by this act or by such trustagreement or resolution to be performed by the secretary of health andenvironment.
