12-3801.   Industrial development bonds by cities and counties;legislative declaration.The legislature hereby finds and declares that as an alternative and inaddition to bonds issued under any other authority now provided by law theissuance of industrial development bonds under the authority of this actwill benefit and promote the general economic welfare and prosperity of thestate of Kansas.
