12-3907.   Same; consolidated office or agency successor to offices oragencies consolidated.Except when otherwise specifically provided by the resolution orresolutions providing for the consolidation of offices or agencies underthe provisions of this act, the consolidated office or agency shall be thesuccessor in every way to the powers, duties and functions now or hereaftergranted to or imposed by law upon the offices or agencies so consolidated.
