12-410.   Recordation of plat when land becomes part of new or differentcounty.When any town plat shall be filed and recorded with the register ofdeeds of the county, and by reason of the establishment of any new county,or the alteration of any county lines, the city or town shall fall within adifferent county, such register shall transmit such plat to the register ofdeeds of the county within which such city or town may be, and it shallthereupon be recorded by him or her.
