12-419.   Recordation of restored chart or plat.Any chart, map or plat established as in this act provided, by thedecision, judgment or decree of a court, shall be entitled to be filed andrecorded in the office of register of deeds of the county the same as isprovided by law for the filing and recording of charts, maps or plats ofcities, towns and villages, and such record and chart, map or plat shallhave the same force and effect in law as the original chart, map or plat solost or destroyed.
