12-4112.   Costs.No person shall be assessed costs for the administration of justice inany municipal court case, except for witness fees and mileage as set forthin K.S.A. 12-4411, and amendments thereto; for the assessmentrequired byK.S.A. 2001 Supp. 20-1a11, and amendments thereto; for thejudicial brancheducation fund; for theassessment required by K.S.A. 12-4117 and amendmentsthereto for thelaw enforcement training center fund established pursuant to K.S.A. 74-5619 andamendments thereto, the local law enforcement training reimbursement fundestablished pursuant to K.S.A. 74-5620, and amendments thereto, and thejuvenile detention facilitiesfund as provided in K.S.A. 12-4117, and amendmentsthereto; andfor the assessment required by K.S.A. 12-16,119, and amendmentsthereto, for thedetention facility processing fee.
