12-4118.   Performance of marriage ceremonies by municipal judge;disposition of honorariums.A municipal judge may retain any honorarium received for suchjudge's services in performing a marriage ceremony, except when such servicesare performed between the hours of eight o'clock a.m. and five o'clock p.m. ona day when the court is regularly open for the conduct of business in whichevent such honorarium shall be remitted to the city treasurer for deposit inthe city general fund.The provisions of this section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansascode of procedure for municipal courts.
