12-4205a.   Complaint and notice to appear in municipal court.In all cases a complaint and notice to appear in municipalcourt may be made in the form ofthe complaint and notice to appear which shall be deemedsufficient ifit contains the information required by subsection (b) of K.S.A. 8-2106,and amendments thereto.
