Article 42.--CODE FOR MUNICIPAL COURTS; PROSECUTION AND ARREST

     
12-4205a.   Complaint and notice to appear in municipal court.
In all cases a complaint and notice to appear in municipal
court may be made in the form of
the complaint and notice to appear which shall be deemed
sufficient if
it contains the information required by subsection (b) of K.S.A. 8-2106,
and amendments thereto.
