12-4302.   Personal recognizance.Notwithstanding the provisions of K.S.A. 12-4301, a law enforcementofficer may release an accused person from custody without requiringsecurity for his or her appearance, and shall release such accused personwithout requiring security for the appearance, pursuant to any rule ororder of the municipal judge.
