Article 44.--CODE FOR MUNICIPAL COURTS; PROCEEDINGS AFTER ARREST AND PRIOR TO TRIAL

     
12-4409.   Continuances.
The municipal judge may grant a continuance of the trial or any hearing
upon a showing of good cause, except as set out in K.S.A. 12-4501.
