12-4505.   Amendments to complaint.Amendments to the complaint may be permitted by the court before trial.Once the trial commences, the court may permit a complaint to be amendedbefore judgment, if no additional or different offense is charged, and ifsubstantial rights of the accused person are not prejudiced.
