Article 45.--CODE FOR MUNICIPAL COURTS; TRIALS AND PROCEEDINGS INCIDENT THERETO

     
12-4505.   Amendments to complaint.
Amendments to the complaint may be permitted by the court before trial.
Once the trial commences, the court may permit a complaint to be amended
before judgment, if no additional or different offense is charged, and if
substantial rights of the accused person are not prejudiced.
