12-4512.   Judgment set aside, when.The municipal judge, on motion of the accused person or on his or herown motion, shall set aside a judgment if the complaint does not charge aviolation of a city ordinance, or if the court was without jurisdiction ofthe offense. The motion for setting aside the judgment shall be made withinten (10) days after the finding of guilty, or within such further time asthe court may fix during the ten-day period.
