12-4802. Same; special child care center fund; use of moneys derived
from tax levies.
All moneys derived from taxes levied by a city or county under the
authority of K.S.A. 12-4801 shall be placed in a special child care center
fund and shall be used only for the purpose of financing or contracting for
child care centers or facilities offering child care services for such city
or county.
