12-4802.   Same; special child care center fund; use of moneys derivedfrom tax levies.All moneys derived from taxes levied by a city or county under theauthority of K.S.A. 12-4801 shall be placed in a special child care centerfund and shall be used only for the purpose of financing or contracting forchild care centers or facilities offering child care services for such cityor county.
